Special EFX featuring Chieli Minucci - Twenty Twenty 2
LP, 2 x 180 gr. black vinyl, gatefold jacket, polybag inner sleeve
Chieli Minucci, a three-time Emmy Award winner and Grammy-nominated guitarist, composer, producer, and arranger, formed the Special EFX ensemble in 1982 with Hungarian drummer and percussionist George Jinda (Jinda György). During the 1980s, as artists signed to GRP Records, they became one of the most renowned American smooth jazz bands, although their style was much more diverse. Their music was a unique fusion of jazz, rock, blues, pop, and world music. Over the past forty years, they have toured all five continents, and numerous world-famous musicians have been part of the Special EFX ensemble.
Although Jinda passed away in 2001, the album "Twenty Twenty 2" celebrates the enduring legacy they created together, which continues to thrive thanks to Chieli's enthusiastic vision and creative prowess.
The vinyl version is released and distributed worldwide by the Quality Vinyl Project, known for producing the highest-quality albums in the domestic music industry.
